StampNews.com is glad to inform that the Belarusian exposition of postage stamps "Welcome to Belarus" has been awarded the first prize at the Singapore 2015 World Stamp Exhibition. Congratulations!

"The exposition presented by the Belarusian postal service received high praise from the jury. It was named best in Сlass B that featured countries issuing from 30 to 69 stamps per year. All in all, competing in that category were 30 stamp collections from different countries", the Belarusian Post explained.

The expo was held at the largest exhibition center of Singapore, Sands Expo&Convention Center. Singapore 2015 featured exhibition stands by 23 postal services, 88 trade agents, representatives of philatelic magazines, and postage stamp collectors.

As many as 543 collections were presented in 32 official competition classes. Belarusian stamp sheets National Symbols, National Clothes, Religion, Flora and Fauna of Belarus attracted much attention from the visitors.

During the expo, Belpochta representatives held a number of meetings with stamp collectors and agreed to conclude contracts with representatives of China and India.
