StampNews.com hurries to inform that South Africa Post has released a series of stamps dedicated to the ceramic vessels that were found on the territory of this country. The issue consists of ten stamps that were put into circulation on the 13th of November.

In more recent years, it has become a fine art form with talented ceramicists creating highly sought after and collectable works of art that are exhibited in homes, offices and galleries around the world. With this set of ten postage stamps and two commemorative envelopes, the South African Post Office highlights a selection of South Africa’s finest ceramic vessels from pre-colonial to contemporary times.
