Benham, the leading independent producer of first day covers, and a division of Stanley Gibbons, is proud to announce the forthcoming release of celebratory collectibles to welcome the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's baby.

A selection of commemorative covers will be available*, including one tracing HRH The Prince of Cambridge’s ancestry back to King George VI using historic Royal Mail commemoratives together with appropriate images and an informative cachet, issued in a limited edition of 1000.

There is also a limited edition certified 2013 gold sovereign which is mounted on a cover and flanked by cameo images of the proud parents. The cover bears the 2011 Royal Engagement commemoratives and is issued in a numbered limited edition of just 100.

Benham is a division of Royal Warrant holder, Stanley Gibbons and Antony Grodecki, MD of Benham, said it was therefore only natural that they issue a series of high quality collectibles to celebrate the birth, "Benham strive to mark historic events in Britain's history and at this moment of national pride in the birth of the new Prince, we felt it essential to produce some high quality collectibles which will be treasured for generations to come."
