20th Anniversary of Boryspil Airport stamp from Ukraine

20th anniversary of Boryspil International Airport State Enterprise was festively celebrated on the 2nd of April, 2013 in Boryspil, Ukraine. "Kyiv. Boryspil. International Airport. Terminal D" art stamp was presented and memorably cancelled during the festivity.

As found out StampNews.com, Anton Volov, the General Director of Boryspil International Airport, said the words of honour and appreciation to the employees: "The newest history of the airport started 20 years ago and it was an entire wish to lead and improve. Due to our hard work now it's possible to reach any place worldwide. We are making airport comfortable and hospitable for every passenger — that is the reason why we are celebrating anniversary in the most modern terminal in Ukraine having fest together with our passengers."

Kostyantyn Yefymenko, the first Deputy of the Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, greeted employees and passengers as well.

Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts "Ukrposhta" as an exclusively authorized agency to issue, introduce and distribute stamps in Ukraine presented the anniversary art stamp. This stamp was created by the artist Vasyl Vasylenko and depicts the new Terminal D as a symbol of airport development and modern passenger service.
