Sweet, salty, sour, hard and soft. The delicious delicacies depicted by Stina Wirsen with her elegant style and confident pen come from different areas of Sweden.
The marinated salmon, peppermint sticks, pyramid cake and fermented herring motifs in the booklet were designed by Wirsen and the coil stamps depicting crispbread/Vasterbotten cheese and waffles/cloudberries were designed by Martin Morck. He also engraved the coil stamps. Stina Wirsen drew the illustrations for the first day cover (Waiters serving restaurant guests) the cancellation for the first day cover (Cutlery) and the collector's sheet (Woman with pepper grinder). All three stamp products were designed by Norbert Tamas.
