Monaco: Booklet of 10 postage-stamps ‘Area A – less than 20 gr.’ with permanent validity

The blazon of the Grimaldi's is an important symbol of the Principality that reminds the presence of this Dynasty at the head of the Rock from 1297 and the power directly exercised by the Sovereign Prince Who is leading the Executive, sharing the Legislative power, and delegated the Justice to the Courts.

As the Green booklet (4,90 €), that was issued on the day of the first festivities bound to the Accession of H.S.H. the Prince Albert II, this white booklet of 10 adhesive stamps with permanent value – 0,60 € per stamp for the European Community out of France (Value March 2006) – is issued on April 6, date of the first Anniversary of the present Reign.
