The stamps that were released consists o two items "Nicholas Marr 150th Anniversary" and "Toramanian 150th anniversary". These stamps were released on the 13th of August and are now available for purchasing.

Armenian architecture is an architectural style developed over the last 4,500 years of human habitation in the Armenian Highland. The greatest achievement of Armenian architecture is generally agreed to be its medieval churches, which influenced Western church architecture, though there are different opinion precisely in which respects. Nicholas Marr and Toramanian are considered to be the greatest architects of this country, thus this stamp issue is dedicated to these outstanding artists.
