40th Anniversary of the Normalization of Sino-Japanese Diplomatic Relations stamp from Japan

The Japanese post issued a stamp to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the normalization of Sino-Japanese relations.
The anniversary is being marked in both countries with a series of events, exhibitions and cultural exchanges with the objective of promoting a “stable and future-oriented” relationship.
The issued stamp features the peony flower typical of China and the cherry blossom, symbol of Japan.
