Magyar Posta is marking the centenary of the birth of four remarkable Hungarians with a new stamp issue.

The stamps feature:

Istvan Orkeny – Kossuth Prize holding writer, chemist, the coeditor of Ujhold (New Moon);
Gyorgy Solti – conductor, pianist;
Geza Ottlik – writer, literary translator;
Janos Szentagothai – Kossuth Prize holder, Hungarian anatomist.

The miniature sheet and the accompanying envelope and postmark were designed by graphic artist Laszlo Dudas.
