A classic American movie star and one of Montana's own is currently appearing on a U.S. postage stamp at Post Offices nationwide.
The unveiling of the stamp honoring Helena-native Gary Cooper took place at Helena's Myrna Loy Center Thursday afternoon. The stamp is part of the Hollywood Legends Stamp Series that honors the greatest movie stars of all time.
For the event, a large picture of the stamp was displayed and plenty of the new stamps were available for purchase.
