The world has been enriched with classical music for centuries and to celebrate this An Post has chosen some of the most celebrated names to honour in four new stamps issued on 14 August: Handel, Mozart, Chopin and Haydn.
Each stamp features a portrait of each composer over a score of one of their great pieces of music. Also available is a Prestige Booklet which contains information on each composer, making an ideal gift for anybody interested in classical music.
