Charles Darwin's groundbreaking work on evolution will be featured in a set of stamps.
They are being released on February 12 to celebrate the bicentenary of his birth and the 150th anniversary of his book On The Origin of Species: By Means of Natural Selection which he worked on while living in Down House, Downe.
The stamps show the areas of study that helped to contribute to his ideas: zoology, ornithology, geology, botany and anthropology.
