Modes of transport: 'Air mail - French Patrol'
In the year 1931 the Patrol of Etampes demonstrated for the first time the aerobatics. Some decades later the French Patrol delighted numerous spectators during air meetings in France and abroad. The stamp represents an alpha jet forefront (aircraft used by the Patrol since 1981) on the demonstration in Champs-Elysees.
