The theme chosen by PostEurop for the series EUROPE 2008, is "The Letter". The philatelic issue is made up of two values of ˆ0,60 and 0,65, designed by the young artist, Nicoletta Ceccoli, using a fantastic language created with delicate chromatic shades.
The two images recount the wonderful journey of letters, letters which permit two friends or lovers to meet, even if far from each other.
