On 14th February 2008, Jersey Post will issue its Europa postage stamps following PostEurop's chosen theme for 2008 - 'The Letter'. The aim of this stamp issue is to encourage people to return to - or discover the art of - letter writing rather than corresponding by text or by email. By its very nature, this theme also encourages an exploration of calligraphy which the stamp artist has developed with a different handwriting style for each 'letter'.
