Various organizations in
Switzerland actively support children's rights. One of the leading organizations is "pro juventute", a charity that helps in emergency situations, offers social services and promotes personal development among children and young people.
"Pro juventute" stamps have been well known throughout Switzerland for decades. The revenue from these stamps with surcharges goes directly to help the charity – this year too.
More than 100 schoolchildren guided by Ted Scapa busied themselves with collages on the theme of "Holiday pass/Holiday fun". The four new "pro juventute" stamps are available now and, fittingly, are valid from 20 November – UNICEF Universal Children's Day.
