In the run-up to the 2008 European Football Championship in Switzerland and Austria, Swiss Post is issuing the third of four special stamps, this time on the theme of "Women's football". The special stamps already issued on 10 May 2005 and 7 March 2006 spotlighted football for the visually impaired and youth football.
