This Christmas issue completes the 12-year cycle of Lunar New Year stamps designed by Luis Chiang. The issue comprises two stamps (50c and $1.45), which feature spot gold foiling.
The issue includes a mini-sheet, 12-year cycle sheetlet, prestige booklet and stamp and coin cover.
