Pair of the XXth Winter Olympic Games
The Olympic theme is traditional for Monegasque philately and since the city of "Torino" is not so far from the Principality, a particular effort could be made with the issue of 3 stamps. The visual of this double stamp shows the mascots of this 20th edition. Let's remind that H.S.H. the Prince Albert II took part to different Olympiads and that He is Member of the International Olympic Committee.
