Australia Post and Cricket Australia have announced plans to rush out stamps commemorating Australia's victory in the Ashes series, just a day after Ricky Ponting's side reclaimed the urn from England.
Australia Post say its staff were "working furiously" to ensure the stamps bearing images of Australia's win would be ready by mid-January.
One of the stamps will feature an image taken during play and the other will show the victorious Australians celebrating regaining the Ashes on Monday by winning the Perth Test and taking an unassailable 3-nil series lead.
