The "Federation Internationale de Football Association" was born on May 21, 1904 in Paris. It gathers nowadays 205 members all around the world. The goal of the FIFA is to develop football and to protect the game's rules and laws universally. It organizes competitions as the FIFA World Football Cup (next edition in Germany in 2006).
