The Russian Federation post administration has been publishing post stamps within the Europe program every year since 1995. The stamps' subject is determined by PostEurop organization. Stamps featured such topics as World and Peace (1995), Famous Women of Russia (1996), History and Legends (1997), National Festive Occasions (1998), Nature Reserves and Parks (1999), Europe 2000 (2000), Water is a Natural Resource (2001), Circus (2002), Poster Art (2003). Vacation is the common subject for all post administrations in Europe.
