Nikolai Dukhov, engineer-designer, Lieutenant-General of Engineers Corps, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, thrice awarded the title of the Hero of Socialist Labour, Lenin Prize Winner and the USSR State Prize Winner. He was one of those people who has developed and increased the strength of defense power. He collaborated in designing of the first Soviet tanks and was at the start of A-bomb development. A stamp shows Nikolai Dukhov's portrait, IS tank and P-7 international ballistic missile.
