For thousands of Canadian teenagers the Army Cadets didn't only expose them to exciting outdoor activities like rock climbing and the biathlon, it gave them skills and strategies that made personal success a reality, not just an option. Celebrating an extraordinary commitment to Canadian youth, Canada Post will issue a stamp honouring the 125th anniversary of the establishment of the Royal Canadian Army Cadets on March 26, 2004.
