A sick child is every parent's worst nightmare – there are a million questions, just as many answers and often a myriad of options. For residents of Montreal and Quebec, the Montreal Children's Hospital is their dream come true. The Montreal Children's Hospital is the paediatric hospital of the McGill University Health Centre. Its mission is to be a leader in the care and treatment of sick infants, children, and adolescents, to be a source of support for their families, and to be an advocate for the rights of all children to reach their full potential. On May 6, 2004, Canada Post will honour the hospital's centennial by issuing a commemorative 49c stamp.
